Was the only shift leader holding a college degree while other shift leaders having a bachelors degree. Had to learn data center environment and using (5) operating systems and their command lines to know what operators are doing in day to day basis as well as knowing how disaster recovery and redundancy works. Had to learn all that in a 3 months period.

Visited RIKEN computational sciences K-Computer in Kobe Japan and saw their 864 array of K computer racks and its 30 Petabyte filesystem 2 months before its decommissionin in 08/19 and being replacd by Fugaku.

Had to teach operators who never worked or seen a data center in real life. Built 2 data centers from scratch as well as its disaster recovery and a main data center. Assembled and mounted servers, storage servers, smoke, water leakage temperature and humidity sensors, patch panels,switches, routers on racks. Sharing my 2 year knowledge in data centers environmet, backup as well as operating procedures and shift schedules.
